Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Shipping cost for each order is a flat rate of $5.00. We will make one shipment per order. If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you you to let you know when your shipment can be expected. We will not split shipments if an item out of stock without a written request from the customer. Split shipments will incur a higher shipping charge.

Orders are shipped on Mondays. If you want your order to ship on Monday, the order must be placed by 6:00 PM PST the previous Friday. All shipments will be sent via USPS First Class mail.

Orders shipped to destinations within the USA should arrive within 3-14 days from when the order is placed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
JWCArtistGroup.com does not offer any refunds. Damaged or defective items can be returned within 30 days for an exchange of the same item. Simply send the item back to us and we will ship you a replacement.
